Password Setup or Reset

Setup for the first time or Reset your account Password.

Login address

The login address to access the National HealthClaim system is:

Initiate Reset

Click on the blue text under the "Login" button to start the Password Reset process.

Enter your Email

Your Email address is also known as your Username. When you press the "Start password reset" button, a confirmation email will be sent to this address. You must have access to this email account as there is an email with a link you will need to click on to finish the Password Reset process.

If your email address has changed or if you don't know what address has been registered in the system, please contact your company Plan Administrator for assistance.

Confirmation Email

The blue text is the link that will confirm the Reset process. Click on it and you will be sent back to the website. Note that some email programs may truncate or cutoff this long link and put it on two lines. If this occurs, copy the entire link and paste it in your browser address bar.

Enter your new Password

Enter your Email address and your new Password (twice) then press the "Set my password" button. The password must be at least 5 characters long. You now can return to the login page and login to your account.

Login to your Account

Return to the login page ( and enter your Email and new Password, then press the "Login" button. You can perform the Reset as often as you wish. Only you can reset your password.
